Usage Agreement Introduction

2. Consumer: An individual engaging in e-commerce to purchase products or services offered by the Store through its electronic platform.
3. Agreement: Refers to the terms and conditions set forth in this document, which govern and define the relationship between the parties to this Agreement.
Article Two – Legal Capacity of the Consumer
The Consumer affirms that they possess the legal capacity, as recognized by applicable laws, to enter into and engage in transactions with the Store, and that they are at least eighteen (18) years of age.
The Consumer acknowledges that any breach of this article shall render them solely responsible for any resulting consequences or liabilities towards third parties.
